Charles J. Ogeka

Chuck is a Founding Managing Director of the Ogeka Associates, LLC practice and has extensive experience with tax and financial matters affecting entrepreneurs, executives and wealthy individuals. He has helped numerous families develop state-of-the-art wealth maximization plans through the use of family controlled entities, effective gift and estate planning, and income tax planning. He has extensive experience with S Corporation, Partnership, Gift, Estate, Trust and Individual Income Taxation. Chuck’s professional experience includes serving as a Managing Director for WTAS and prior to that Chuck worked for a Big Five Accounting Firm where he was responsible for the Long Island Individual Practice.

He is involved in various community activities and is a member of the Professional Advisory Council for Calvary Hospital. Chuck served on the Audit Committee of the Eastport South-Manor School District. Chuck coaches youth sports extensively with the Eastport South-Manor Sports Association. Finally, Chuck heads the annual Christmas Fund Drive which benefits the children of SCA - St. Christopher Ottilie.

In addition to being an Attorney, Chuck is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Estate & Trust Division and is admitted to the New York State Bar.

Chuck graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is also a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law.
